Can I change the time or location after I order?
Once you check out, the artwork is generated and sent to production. If you realize something is off, email support@whenandwear.shop within 2 hours of purchasing. We'll do our best to intercept the order.
What is the return policy?
Every shirt is custom printed with your locked moment, so all sales are final. If the shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or the wrong size, contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll replace it at no extra cost.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only for orders that are never produced (e.g., we cancel before printing) or if we can't replace a defective item. Custom text that contains typos provided by the customer isn't eligible for a refund, so please double-check before locking your moment.
How fast do you ship?
Production usually takes 2–4 business days. Shipping speed and cost are calculated in real time based on your address and our fulfillment partner's carrier network. You'll see the exact delivery estimate at checkout.
What about sizing?
Each product listing includes a sizing chart sourced from our manufacturer. If you receive a mislabeled size, send photos and your order number within a week and we'll ship the correct one.
